In my 10 years of experience in the health industry, I have gone through two personal transformations. I understand what it takes physically, mentally and emotionally to adapt to a healthy lifestyle and reach your “best” you! Fitness truly completes and balances me out. The physical rewards are the cherry on top. Yet, when I can be part of someone else’s life change in a positive direction, it’s the ultimate reward for me. I’m passionate about helping others live a healthy lifestyle, combat sports, weight-lifting and competing in Jiu jitsu.
