Bootcamp

You can command Power, Strength and Agility with this military inspired circuit workout that will push you to your limits. As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you’ll lunge, crunch, box and more for a full body workout. In the end, you’ll leave class feeling exhilarated.

Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Cardio Kickboxing

A group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Circuit Training

Take the challenge and cross-train for improved overall fitness. A mix of cardio, step and weights will keep coming back for more.

Cycle

A cardiovascular, butt-kicking workout you on a stationary but sweaty ride of your life. You can feel the energy from those around you as you endure the various terrain. High intensity music will be sure to get you there.

HIIT

High-intensity interval training, is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.

Pilates Roller

The art of controlled movements, which should look and feel like a workout. If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. 

Pound Fitness

The world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Sculpt & Strengthen

A non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. Most sculpting classes use weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets.

TRX

A class taking an approach to strength training that uses a system of ropes and webbing called a “suspension trainer” to allow users to work against their own body weight to tone, sculpt, increase balance and work out your entire body all in one place.

Tabata

One of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval.

UJAM

A high energy dance fitness class that takes dances from all over the world and mixes it with an urban, hip hop flavor. When you walk into a U-Jam class, the feeling is always happy and energetic.

Yoga

A vast collection of spiritual techniques and practices aimed at integrating mind, body and spirit to achieve a state of enlightenment or oneness with the universe. Yoga works to develop control over the entire body through breathing and alignment.

Zumba

A Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.
